Staff was friendly, no wait time when I came in. On boarding was quick and easy enough. Equipment for checking blood pressure is old Equipment and didn'f work well to get a proper reading. Recommend upgrading a few things in waiting room. Chairs are worn out. Overall good place with great staff.

The staff were very thoughtful and efficient. I would use these services for minor health issues like sinus infection again.

Scheduling the appointment was easy. I got there did the self check in on my phone and waited about 15 minutes for someone to come out and check me in. I paid for my appointment to be seen ($100) just to get told after my vitals were checked that they were out of covid and flu test (which was what I went in for.) I was then told I could go purchase an over the counter test which I did because that is obviously what I came in for just to later find out the test was done wrong. Overall, staff was friendly just not happy with me having to go buy my own test at a clinic just to get told I basically have an upper respiratory infection and get cough medicine and take vitamins.

The wait time was very long and only one person in front of me.

Was very rushed & thinking I had covid but didn’t get tested for it. I am chronically getting sinus infections but this definitely feels different but yet was told I had a sinus infection. I wish visit was more thorough.

Reception very unfriendly!  The two girls in reception were talking to each other and ignored me.  PA was Ok, but didn’t give me much time!   I had a breading treatment and the mask was put on me upside down. During the treatment I had to get up twice because the tubes was not installed as it was supposed to be!!!!  Support was very unprofessional!

Woke up yesterday with a cough and sore throat wanted to make sure I didn’t have anything contagious. I got tested for Covid. The flu and strep throat all were negative so the doctor decided not to put me on the antibiotics which I appreciate because I only take them when absolutely 100% necessary and if they’re not necessary, I really appreciate when they’re not prescribed to me so she suggested I just rest and that’s what I’m doing and I really appreciate not pushing pharmaceuticals on me

Everyone at the clinic was caring and kind. Got me taken care of quickly and we're very thorough

They were able to squeeze me in for an ear wax impaction. The staff there rushed me through the process and especially rushed the procedure. I felt as though me being there annoyed her. The Dr or Nurse Practitioner had a good bedside manner, but the assistant made sure that I will never be back.
