With a growing amount of C-19 cases popping up, we weren’t sure if we would be able to find a place to get tested. We visited a few different clinics and were unsuccessful in obtaining a test or a referral. We did, however, find Reagan Medical Center (Five Fork Facility). Although we were not able to be seen that day because it was after 6pm when we arrived, nevertheless, we were given instructions on how to be seen the following day. RMC were very sympathetic to our needs and after following their instructions, we were promptly seen and tested the following morning. What really stood out to us was how fast they were working and really putting in a lot of effort to see patients even though they were obviously overwhelmed with test request. We actually saw them running in and out of the medical facility to speed up the testing process. Bravo! Reagan Medical Center!! For not just going through the motions but actually demonstrating how much you care and your dedication to helping people during this pandemic. Please keep up the awesome work because it is not going by unnoticed.

Great place to come for all types of care. They take walk-ins but your better off calling in and getting an appointment. Without one the wait can be quite awhile.

I saw Dr Rafeedie, who I really enjoyed meeting. This was my first annual visit with this office. Usually, I have a $40 co pay. Standard annual exam (bloodwork, EKG) I spoke with the doctor about concerns that was it. I received a bill for $40. I paid online and did not get a receipt or proof of payment. I thought it was odd but ignored it. My husband later made and appointment for his annual because of my experience. Right before my husband's appointment I received a bill for over $200 for bloodwork. Called my insurance and they said wrong code was sent. Called this office and was told they couldn't help me and to call Quest. I did and Quest told me to call the office (RRMC) and request correct paperwork/coding be sent over. I appealed through insurance company because this was all routine labs. Hubby went to his appointment and had a good experience with Dr. Rafeedie. Later we get a bill for $300. We called because it was for a service my husband didn't receive. He was told nothing could be done and the person on the phone said he would relay the message the billing department. Not once from any message/Voicemail I have left or that my husband left was returned. I now have received and $80 bill which includes a pregnancy test. Why? I never asked for that. For my husband and I both they now want over $600.00. Again, this was a routine yearly exam that is covered by our insurance. We are in network. Save yourself the frustration and do not go to this place. They scam the insurance company, and they take advantage of you and your hard-earned dollar. When you want to speak to someone in billing and coding all they can do is relay a message. Our insurance company has been notified of their fraudulent billing. This is something else to deal with that they could have corrected easily.

The only time I've ever heard a doctor tell a patient "well how much time am I suppose to spend with a patient". We waited over 40 minutes for her arrival, she was here for about 10 minutes.
