They don't take time to listen to the patient or take the time to find out what is actually wrong with the patient. I took my mom there yesterday for a very very bad cold possibly flu. She is 75 years old, not feeling well at all. Very weak. I wanted them to check her ears for possible inner ear infection, because she has been a little off balance lately. And she was going to ask the doctor to check her ears, but he sent her over for a urinalysis and that came back that she had a UTI, and once he read that he wrote out a prescription for that and then he told her he would be right back and he left the room. Not one time did he listen to her lungs to see how they were with the cold. She was complaining that her side was hurting but not once did he check her side either. He told her he would be right back when he left the room. He was gone for quite a while when my mom decided that she was tired of waiting and just about left when the nurse came in with the prescription and handed it to her and said, ok you can go now. My mom was like isn't the doctor going to come back in, because she wanted him to check her ears, and the nurse said no, your free to go. SO my mom just left. I was so mad. Because I didn't know any of this until we were in the car and leaving. Otherwise I would have just said, no go back in there and get checked. SO I do not recommend this place at all.
