Waited over an hour and a half to get a 1 minute PCR test

Quick, Professional and clean!!!!

Everything was good when I arrived I was helped quickly. But I wouldn't recommend this clinic because of one reason. I scheduled a covid test to go to a show I paid to get the rapid test with in 24hr and I still don't have the results I took the test at 7am so that I can get my results in time and I was disappointed to not have my result 3days later.

Went for a COVID test for my kids and we waited quite a while. Appointments were at 8:20 and 8:40 and we didn’t go in until 9:30ish. Staff were super friendly and the clinic was really clean.

I took my son is playing the doctor that he got the flu shot and he got sick she wenttwhy not helpful not good but the nurses are nice

Scheduled an appointment for 7:00 AM. They were late opening the place up. Didn’t open their doors until 7:12 AM. I checked in online per the websites request at 6:35 AM (they advised to arrive 10 mins early). Once inside, the other people waiting with me outside were helped first. I asked them prior to entry if they had scheduled an appointment. All to which everyone answerd “no”. So my appointment was absolutely pointless to schedule if they are just going to see everyone in an unorganized manor. At no point did they check the appointment list to even see. Mine was the first one scheduled for that day since it was at 7:00 AM, the time they open. The quality of health care in CA compared to where I live In Indianapolis is a night and day difference. I feel bad for the residents of CA.

I was not in the waiting lists or came out in their system as having an appointment. I wasted a lot of time waiting waiting wondering if they were ever going to see me virtually and as soon as I was next it was another long wait but all for them to cut me off and said they completed the visit when I never got to talk to someone I was disappointed 🥺😔virtual appointments I do not recommend. Personally I’ve never visited yet but we will see

Excellent experience from walking in until walking out. Staff was SUPER nice and knowledgeable and friendly. Very professional and efficient. First time going and would highly recommend.
