This place sucks! I would give them zero stars if I could. 2 to 3 hour wait WITH an appointment. Not to mention they did not accept insurance. We chose this place because it said they accepted insurance for same-day PCR Covid tests when we booked thru Solv. When we got there, they told us they didn’t accept insurance. The person checking us in couldn’t have been less helpful. All he could keep saying was to read the sign.

Staff was very friendly!! And in the end the only saving grace. But I waited 2 hours for an appointment that was pre-scheduled. I fully anticipate, like absolutely any other service provided (paying out of pocket or not, which I did), that they would at least attempt to honour their scheduling. There's zero excuse for this, short staffed is not an excuse. Medical practitioners should not get a free pass on horrible management just because they a position of power over their patients, the exact opposite if anything.

Good experience. The only drawback is there was not a dr on premise until 9:40a when the clinic opens at 8a.

Great facility, everyone was friendly. Easy to check in, and do paperwork online ahead of time. Even with an appointment I still had to wait but they administered the covid test quickly and I had my results within 30 minutes. Would definitely go back again!

Results took way more than an hour. Was not informed on how to go to portal. Found out after waiting hours on phone that Solv is not the portal???

I had a 10:20 APPT and they are telling me I have to wait for over an hour. There is nothing Rapid about this

Stand was great, went in for a COVID test and I love the nurse who did my test, so charismatic.

I was in and out fast. The receptionist up front wasn't to friendly but she was fast.

I spent more time waiting than actually getting checked. I had made an appointment for 9:40 but was about 4 minutes late. Did not get initially seen (weight/height, etc) until about 10:20ish, and from there I was put in a room and was not seen until 11:00. And when I was seen by the doctor, that took about 3 minutes and I had to wait about 5 minutes to get the paperwork/doctor’s note.

I waited there for an hour and half just to be told Troy didn’t take my insurance. Worst urgent care ever. That’s the first thing that should be checked instead of having me wait an hour and a half. Found a way better urgent care 20 min away. I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone.
