Nurse Mary and her assistant were very kind and caring. I appreciate the care the knowledge and Treatment I received.

The staff was amazing and very attentive. I was really impressed with the level of care I received today.

The doctor I saw was very dismissive and diagnosed me with having the Covid flu variant when I tested negative upon taking time to test myself I understand that the patient could ask, but it’s assumed that they would run a test to confirm before I misdiagnosis like this, probably will not be coming back here unless they changed the provider because she was nice but very dismissive. She actually even checked my mom‘s ears when my mom was in the waiting chair when the patient was on the table which was a bit concerning makes you question is she even qualified? I understand mistakes happen however I’m paying to have a service done and I was neglected, and I had to figure out on my own how to help myself. I would definitely do better with the providers will not be coming back in less soemthing changes. I have never had a doctor not test me. I would’ve rather went to my primary doctor, but I was in a pinch just please make sure your doctors are doing test testing because that’s kind of assumed right the patient shouldn’t have to ask to be tested.

I am so glad to have this urgent care in my neighborhood. Went in thinking one thing was wrong and left going straight to the ER to get an emergency surgery for appendicitis. Thank you for telling me how serious it is before it burst!

Daughter wasn’t feeling well and was able to request an appointment that morning with ease online. The wait time in the lobby was not long but waiting for the doctor was longer. Everyone was super nice and quick during the appointment. The medicine was sent right away to the pharmacy.

I appreciate the kindness and thorough job the staff does at this urgent care! Chris and Dr. Mary listen and understand to use that to help you get better.  I have always have had positive experiences there and that’s is why I go back to them again and again! I like to start off by saying the provider Cordova is great and has always been great. She listens and show a great deal of compassion. The issue I’m having is the check in process and wait. The young lady that does the check in gave me the expectation that it I will be called back in a few minutes when in fact she had stated that the office was running behind so that I can make a decision at that moment to reschedule. When 45 mins past, I asked if the office was running behind because I have never waited this long in an office. She stated that they have been running behind all day. Go back to, she should have stated that when the check in process was being done. Then I asked when will I be called and she stated that I was the next to be called when in fact that was another lie that was told. There was 2 patients called before after I had this conversation with her. Once the first patient was called, she stood up and went to the back and did not return until we were called which came off a bit suspicious. I work in the medical field and totally understand that offices can run behind which is understandable. As long as the registration person gives the correct information and expectation to the patient so that they are aware of what is going on and of they want make another arrangements.

Girl at the front desk was rude and unfriendly. Gentleman that took blood pressure is always great. Very good. Nurse was not as great. She walked in like she was going in for a fight. A little bedside manner goes a long ways. She shad none. People come to your clinic tv Bubbles’s o feel better and I left feeling worse than I went in.

Couldn’t find anything wrong with my four year-old and one year-old but still prescribed an antibiotic. Had to pay a $50 co-pay and then was charged an extra $80 for my one year-old and I don’t know why because they didn’t do any tests on him and hardly even looked at him. Have been to Restore Health before and wasn’t happy so not surprised.
