The check in and visit with the nurse practitioner went on smoothly

Took a fall that resulted in an infection on my right pinky. Front desk was friendly and professional. Had to call to ask about directions and the male who took my call took time to do the search to give me landmarks. The office is emaculant and didn't have to wait long to get called. The nurse, the x-ray tech and provider were all friendly and professional. I highly recommend for their greqt level of care.

I woke up with pink eye in both eyes, plus I was already suffering with congestion for a few days.  I was able to be seen right away, I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The front desk and the doctor was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this office.

Had an appointment with my primary care doctor and I was 15 minutes late. Because I made my appointment early in the morning and the appointment they gave me was late in the day at high traffic time and it’s at least a half hour away from my house and then I fell asleep because I hadn’t slept in a few days because I was so sick and they  informed me they couldn’t see me so I decided to go to urgent care. It was so easy. The Dr was so pleasant and so nice and my doctor is in a Capital health practice so so many times I don’t see that doctor. I see other doctors so I think I’m gonna continue to go to urgent care from now on. Thank you for pushing the easy button and making it so convenient when I was so sick I’ll appreciate you all great Team.

The staff is great, and they provided easy and fast answers to my issue. The responses were stratified, which helped me understand the problem better.

This message is for the staff of my visit today. I was a returning patient with an existing concern and the female Doctor is staff specifically does an amazing job at educating and caring for patients. The clerical staff is always professional and pleasant as well. I wish more providers were this way in general. It really sets the bar for any other urgent care in the area! I wish them all the best. Hurt my right index finger at work went to urgent care and the took me in very quickly. Everyone was polite and attentive. Very clean place

Never have I had a drs visit that I had to ask for my ears to be checked. I told PA that I was wheezing- she didn’t listen to my lungs. I had a fever of 103 and she told me I had a bad cold. She never examined me.  The first nurse took my BP, temp etc.  thankfully I don’t go urgent care often but I will never go back here.
