Very rude. The front office staff have the compassion of a flea

I went here this morning with a 101 fever I've had for a week, sore throat and sinus pressure. They gave me 2 tests, 1 for Flu and 1 for strep throat. Both tests came back negative. I did mention that I had been traveling abroad a lot, Mexico and Jamaica in the past 30 days and I wanted an antibiotic. They refused. I asked them how many diseases they DIDN'T test for that are treated with Antibiotics, obviously thousands... I'm a 36-year-old man and I haven't been prescribed a medication in years. Speaking of Doctors, they don't have one on-site, they have a Nurse Practitioner and a Physicians's Assistant.

When asked his name he refused to identify, and was not wearing a badge. Reported the issue to the PA Adrianna Pizconepal, She was dismissive and tried to justify his actions. This man who only identified himself as Chris then entered the room gave a Non-Apology littered with transphobic insults and walked out. I then reported to Adrianna Pizconepal a second time where she skirted blame stated that she could not answer for his actions, and continued to state as a white woman she understands why I was so and I quote RAGEFUL AND ANGRY. I never raised my voice I was not abusive. I asked for the mans name a third time he refused to identify. This is rude unprofessional and unacceptable. The cookie cutter responses I am not tolerating. There is a history of mediocre borderline dangerous behavior from this care facility. I called the complain line and recieved more of the same both incidents are recorded and documented. I will be filing with the department of human rights and I will also be filing a internal grievance immediately. Unacceptable! I would have given no stars if possible. Terrible experience from terrible staff. I am definitely filing a complaint and suit!
