I give the guy that helped me 5 stars but 1 star for raping me on the cost of a rapid test. Shame on you greedy selfish company!

I think it was deceptive that you said insurance may cover the cost and then told me we don’t take insurance when I arrived at the testing site. Sure I can submit it to my insurance but I still had to shell out $175 for the test.

Attendant was friendly and professional. Appt time at 10:15. Had my results by 10:40. Easy peasy!

Waited 45 minutes for my appointment and test results took 25 minutes

I have been waiting 6 days for my results. The speed of the test was why I choose to go here. Very disappointed and I need my results before it’s too late

I wish I went to Rocket before Walgreens and IDPH. It was quick and we got it done and continued on with our day. No long forms, no long lines, no websites to register on, no apps to download, no confused employees (who approached us with swabs, shoving them in our faces, before even saying hello, without even asking who in the car was getting tested! AND then said they never heard of rapid tests!), NO bait and switch (neither offered the rapid test although when we arrived at IDPH the first person encountered said they did, and I called Walgreens they said they did too - they did not). Am I supposed to trust them to run this test correctly? Really? Who has time to waste like this? Not us! We have a life to live and things to do! At Rocket, we got a rapid test, quick results, paid and said goodbye to the nice lady who helped us. She pleasantly answered our questions without us even asking and was very EFFICIENT. That’s exactly what we wanted, thank you nice lady (I’m sorry I forgot your name in Schaumburg IL) and thank you Rocket.
