300 dollars to get a COVID test. I thought they were free. I was told they were “never free. Only to people with insurance.” Asked for an antibiotic and a cream steroid. Sent only one to the wrong pharmacy are confirming pharmacy 3x. Still don’t have meds. Still sick. Been a week. No one calls back.

I went to receive my yellow vaccination, as per the reservation on the website, and when I asked the front desk to check me in she acted very rude to me and angrily told me they didn’t do those, even though I made the yellow fever reservation through their website. She “went back and checked” and said the only one they carried was the flu and they didn’t even have that at the time. So their website is very misleading and makes false promises with a very rude front desk

Got a Covid test there. They never called with results and could not be reached by phone. Eventually went back in person to get results. We were criticized for coming in clinic being positive when we never received the test result until we went back!
