Our nurse practitioner was amazing- took the time to talk and relate. Felt very cared for and understood - highly recommend her

Went in feeling horrible with a bad cold . The check in process was very easy with the receptionist assisting. MA Alexis and queen were Very compassionate and helpful. Wait time went by very fast. PA Sam was very nice and knowledgeable. The best service ever

I started feeling bad yesterday with flu like symptoms - I dreaded going to UC due to stories of long wait times - but from check in to being seen to check out - was seamless ! Very quick efficient and everyone I had contact with was kind professional and empathetic! I can’t say enough great things about this place !  Cori Sondervan NP and the nurse ( sorry I did not get her name ) were great ! Thank again for efficient health care in a timely manner ! Everyone here ( including ladies at check in and check out ) is incredible!

Every staff member I personally encountered this evening was pleasant and friendly. They made my wait time not feel as long after there kindness and care extended to not only me but others that were waiting as well. I choose this location because it was close to my home and convenient. If ever needed I will definitely return. Thank you to the front desk check in to the nurse triage to the PA that attended to me.

I was a walk in. My wait time was minimal and the staff was friendly and professional.

Wait time long but I didn’t know I could schedule an appointment..  i live out of town visiting my grandchildren.    But the staff was very sweet and NP was very attentive and helpful!!  Facility is new and very clean!!

The ease of checking in and promptness. Friendly staffing coming in and leaving.

Scheduled my appointment for a repeat xray after having pneumonia. I arrived 10 min before my appointment time. I checked in and was taken back with in minutes. All staff were professional. After seeing the PA and getting my xray I left. The PA called me shortly after to review xray and next course of care. I am very pleased with my care and service every time I have used Roper express care.

From check-in to check-out, the whole process was professional and caring. The nurse and the NP were outstanding!

Tested positive for Covid and at the 8 day mark got worse. Able to get a same day appt, short wait, APRN Cory was thorough and understanding. Listened great. Got me on the right meds and i’m doing better.
