I had to come back for a follow up visit. The staff took great care to adjust my treatment plan and get me on the path to feeling much better.

I was able to book an appointment right after work and luckily I was able to get in right away. That is probably not always the case, but I was very grateful this evening. The PA who handled my visit was so well spoken, thorough, understanding, and diligent. She listened to my concerns and was very helpful. It was such an easy and beneficial visit. Yes I would recommend this location.

I was treated promptly with little wait time. Staff were professional and efficient. I do have one complaint and that is they refused to fill out any FMLA paperwork so I could have excused absence time away from work while I was being treated. Not filling out this documentation is not caring for your patients. Care doesn’t stop at the door when I leave. Shame on Roper Health Care. That is inexcusable to treat patients like this. You should do whatever necessary to not only help your patients at the urgent care but also providing the help they need out side your clinic. I will not be going back to Roper urgent care!!

I went to the Roper St. Francis Express Care International Blvd as it was a VA Community Care network urgent care provider. The check-in process was easy and didn’t take long. It didn’t take long to be seen. The reception and medical staff were great. They were personable and demonstrated a professional competence that instilled confidence in the care I received. I would recommend them if you need urgent care services.

This was the first time I was able to walk in and get quick service one person ahead of me. Everything was fine the staff was nice and cared for me, I would recommend them to Anyone.

Oh my god expressed care ?? I got there at my scheduled time and was told I’d have to wait 45 mins. I did. Then I had to have tests done and I waited over 30 mins for results. I mean this was ridiculous. 2 hrs at an express care ?

Expensive. Took forever. Didn’t help me at all just sent me somewhere else

Scheduling was easy once I got there checking in was easy and then it wouldn't take long for them to see me everybody was very gracious and professional and I loved it thank you
