They never answer the phone. I've wasted so much gas because I have to travel to location to be able to speak to someone. They forget about you for over an hour and do not apologize. So much wasted time here

my face started swelling up during hunting season. I didn't know if something bit me, or what. Called the VA and they referred me to Rose Urgent Care on Devine. short wait, medical assistant checked me, and my meds. Dr. Peng came in and said he knew what it was. allergic to lisinopril after 15 years of taking it. gave me a new prescription to be filled @ the VA! Great Doctor. they take walkin VA patients, without appts. need your VA card!

There is a reason why this office accepts Medicaid; starting with reception, they’re the rudest most unprofessional and unhappy group I’ve ever had to encounter. Next Dr. Peng is a judgemental, lazy, worthless DR. If you need a simple antibiotic or something easy then this is your clinic as they can get you in quickly. If you have a medical issue & need help, stay as far away from this place and Dr. Peng as you can get. Peng shouldn’t be allowed to be a mentor to students- he’s a lazy, worthless sorry excuse for a DR. If you care about your healthy and well being- STAY AWAY FROM THIS CESSPOOL.

I took my son to their Battle Ground location and he was seen by Dr Peng. I just want to say what a great experience it was. My son has some complicated things going on with him and he's been feeling low in the dumps for 2 years because no doctor has figured out what is wrong or offered extensive testing/or imaging. Dr. Peng listened, was knowledgeable, took the concerns seriously, did not dismiss my son's medical concerns and ordered appropriate testing right away. Dr. Peng suggested additional clues to what might be going on with my son and he left feeling uplifted and has hope he will get better. For the first time in 2 years we are feeling hopeful and assured we will get this medical issue figured out. I cannot think Dr. Peng enough.
