My wife has been using this location at Bdg 1975 for many years and Never has she had this experience. On the afternoon of Tuesday June 18th, I drove my wife to this lab for blood work. We were impressed by the short time spent 40 minutes. However, when we got home and my wife removed the bandage from right arm, the cotton gauze was soaked in blood. and she had a fifty cent size black/blue. She is Not on Blood thinners. I took and picture. On Thursday afternoon went went back to the lab to speak with the Lab supervisor/manager. We were told that the Lab manager was not on site, and she would call us before they closed that day. Danner, I believe is her name. I gave the reception lady my number. No call, Thursday, no call as of this writing Friday. According to my wife, one puncture was made, one vial was drawn. however, what the lady caused was a buildup of blood under the skin, Wednesday, and increase in size black/blue mark. Even the Nurse at her afternoon Kidney Dr, was aghast of the appear and showed concern and made it a point to advise her doctor. I have two photos and want to be called today.
