I have been coming here for two years now but every since the nurse practitioner and other nurses have changed the service has went down.My apt was for 8:15am but of course I was here at 7:45 am but the office staff did not get here to open doors until 8:20 am. To make matters worse the front desk receptionist had the nerve to have an attitude because I'm upset that they are late..Excuse me lady..we make apt for a reason but yet if we fail to confirm or cancel apt within 24hrs it's a $50 fee...So what's my inconvenience fee when you guys are late and causing me to be late at my next stop....really considering changing my doctor..
