Everyone was great fast and efficient and kind

Even though we needed our test for travel within a 48 hour window, the attendant would not put the time on our test. Our flight to Germany requires a neg. Test within 48 hours of entry and our test results only showed the date we made the appointment. We had it changed to the date of the test but they would not list the time.

My doctor made my appointment for 6/1 at 9am and when I got there they we’re closed. I called my doctor and they checked the web site and rescheduled my appointment for 6/2. My Dr. was surprised that they allowed appointments to be booked when they were closed. While I was there on 6/1 other people showed up as well. I told them that the site was closed. On 6/2 I arrived and no one was present at the tent. I spotted a guy in the parking lot and and asked him what was going on. He told me they were open and took my name and told me he would be back. After that he came and went back to the adjacent building several times. He finally returned and gave me the swab test. It was supposed to be a drive through and definitely was not. Several other confused people arrived after me. This facility is badly mismanaged

Very smart abs well organized process. Very little human interaction as they come to you in your car. The test was not uncomfortable in the least! If if doubt if you need a test go get it. Ut takes more time driving there than the test itself!
