Scheduled the appointment the day before, but the staff had a bit of a problem finding it. Otherwise, everything went well, and I would recommend.

Made this appointment last night and the check-in process was convenient. Although the staff was friendly and professional, it felt like the assistants were fresh out of school. I would have liked a heads up that I'd be helping with training because I got poked more than I would have liked before the senior staff took over.

The ladies working front desk/technician were doing the best with some obvious understaffing and broken machines. Smart labs needs to better support them as they go above and beyond while being understaffed and low on inventory needed to do their jobs.

Going in and getting my drug test was very easy and very smooth and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Check in went by pretty smooth even though they were busy at the time. Receptionist was very nice and professional. The test results were very fast. I would recommend this provider.
