This is one of, or the worst places to receive healthcare! Do yourself a favor and run as fast as you can. Dr. Castro is the worst doctor in WNC period!

If your insurance has an urgent care provision read it carefully. And read the urgent care facility guidelines for billing very carefully. They told me they don't bill insurance for urgent care. Never have. Never will. They bill as primary care even though their signs say urgent care. Bait and switch, fraud, you name it. I'll never go to Bryson City's, Franklin or any urgent care center ever again owned by Dr. Castro. My insurance company says the urgent care didn't code it right and the urgent care won't change it because everything is billed a primary care even though they have a big sign out front that says urgent care.
