What to know before you go
Note: INDIVIDUAL APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR EACH PASSENGER IN THE VEHICLE.
COVID Vaccines will be available on Wed. AND Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. except major holidays. We are closed from 12:15-1 pm for lunch. Masks are required in the drive-thru.
You must complete all online registration forms and consent questions for each visit prior to arrival.

Great system. Love the idea of being able to schedule online. Love the idea that if I got there on time there was no wood in front of me. My wait time was zero. Love the idea that all my paperwork was taking care of online. Great system.

The real live scheduling person (Sarah) did an excellent job. She was patient and informative and creative. Her service was far, far better than the online service that failed me...three times. Additionally, the person who gave us our vaccines was wonderful. Very efficient, knowledgeable, and a very pleasant personality.
