I love this place for a quick visit when my original doctor isn't available! Staff and Doctors are so friendly and caring. I totally recommend this place, but get there BEFORE 10pm, they stop taking walk ins before 10pm . Other then that, this place is AWESOME!

I came to this urgent care after being turned away from Concentra Urgent Care Orange-N. Tustin, where I had already waited two hours with no help because they failed to check my insurance from the start if they accept it. From the moment I arrived here, the experience was completely different. The receptionist was extremely friendly and professional, which immediately made me feel more at ease. I only waited about 30 minutes to be seen, and the entire visit was completed within another 30 minutes after that. Both the nurse assistant and the practitioner were very thorough, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to listen and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Overall, the customer service and quality of care were excellent. I really appreciated how efficient and caring the entire team was. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of prompt and professional medical attention.
