This review is of Stepanie N, a phlebotomist for Sonora Labs at Women's Health Associates on Higley Rd, Gilbert, AZ. Her lucense should be revoked! and she should be fired for her blatant irresponsible, dangerous, improper behavior and purposely ignoring safety protocol to serve her own interests. Stephanie wanted to get to lunch so she cut corners, lied to me, tried to get me to sign a form saying I had verified that the blood vials were mine, went balastic when she knew I knew what she was trying to pull. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. BROKE IMPORTANT SAFETY PROTOCOLS. HER LICENSE SHOULD BE REVOKED IMMIDIATELY. DO NOT PUT YOUR HEALTH IN THE HANDS OF STEPHANIE N. OF SONORA LABS. She drew 3 vials of my blood and told me to sign the form saying she had drawn 3 vials. But she lied! I read her the form which says, "I have reviewed the labels, made sure it was my name, and that it was spelled correctly." So she lied to me because she wanted to go to lunch rather than take the time to print the labels, have me check them, then give me the correct form to sign. When she realized I knew correct protocol, and had caught her taking shortcuts, endangering patients' lives, and lying to me, she went beserk. She snatched the form out of my hand, knowing it was proof of her crime, and started printing the labels for my 3 blood vials, yapping at me the whole time about how I should have signed, it wasn't a legal document, blah blah blah. I told her to stop talking and to follow protocol. More, bigger, nastier defense from Stephanie... a loud, fictitious attack on me to deflect her unprofessional behavior and put the focus on me as she packed up her stuff and stomped out to lunch telling everyone I was disrespectful and was calling her a bitch, and leaving my blood, and me, sitting in the lab alone, unattended. I will go to another lab and give another 3 vials of my blood because Stephanie probably went back after lunch and spit into all 3 of my vials. Scary. Unprofessional. Improper. Stephanie clearly does whatever she wants, ignoring safety protocols, lying to patients, then immaturity- to- the- max when she found out I knew what SHOULD be done and that she wasn't doing it. I would put nothing past Stephanie N. of Sonora labs in Women's Health Assoc. on Higley Rd. Run for your life!
