I really appreciate that this whole process was very smooth, from the initial scheduling, text reminders, appointment starting right on schedule and having my problem addressed within just a few minutes. The Doctor was also very warm, friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend him.

Woke up this morning with swollen eyelid, upper and lower. Very uncomfortable and itchy. By the time I made an appt they were all full so I tried telemedicine. My experience was quick and easy. I was off to the pharmacy to get some relief within an hour from the time I booked the visit.

First off, doctor did not give me any type of doctors note that I requested. I had to call the receptionist and was lied to again. I have been really sick and was talked to like a robot and I will never come to this urgent care again. I’m still waiting on that doctors note so now I have to call again tomorrow. This is beyond frustrating. To be treated like this. But he made damn sure I got emailed my copay because hey why not. Let’s make sure we get that copay. Nothing in mychart. But I’m not surprised. I had to do this visit online because my body was weak and I did not feel like walking around.  I don’t like being lied to. I don’t like being mistreated over a simple note to give to my workplace so I can rest and get well. No. He did not care. At all. I’m very upset at the service I received. I feel like to have to call a clinic for a follow up, doctors note that other doctors had no trouble providing    I will be filing a complaint   I will not be treated like a number.

Quick and friendly. Makes me never want to go to my regular doctor again. Here I was seen on video right away. The whole experience was maybe 15 minutes. Compared to going to my reg doctor an it taking 1-2hours.
