Hassle to set up the appointment - download an app, enter all the info that’s in my chart already, blah blah blah. Now I have 4 portals to deal with to get the info I need. After all if that, the provider still didn’t have access to my chart, history, etc. And the people answering the phone are useless. They’re nice, but clueless. The answer to everything is no, or come wait in the lobby for an hour and a half to see the provider and ask the most basic questions. Ugh!!
