Everything seemed well done but the pharmacy wouldn’t fool the prescriptions and required I contact my physician, which I did but they never got back to me and I still can’t get my prescriptions

My remote visit with Mikayla Brown was excellent. She is a very compassionate physicians assistant who truly cares about her patients and their wellbeing. She was very thorough in explaining my lab results and suggested corrective actions that I should take to better my overall health. She is very knowledgeable PA with a wonderful bedside manner.

Love it when I get Mikayla! She’s so caring and remembers me which is not often anymore with doctors! She is so thorough! And the virtual visits are amazing especially when you don’t feel good and want the visit to be on time and quick!

1st time doing a video appt. Easy to schedule and set up. Dr. was nice, professional. Recommended an antibiotic for my issue. My pharmacy has already filled my script. 👍

Sinuses are so impacted.  Appt. Was easy to create. Instructions were simple.  Health provider was pleasant and comfortable to talk to. Yes I would recommend this provider.

I received a text message 30 minutes before the call from a staff member to fill out all the paperwork and add a credit card. I rushed to do that and then went to use the restroom. While I was using the restroom, I received a phone call from somebody at the office saying I had a balance on my account to $50. They need to be paid before the call can be started. I told her I was not able to get that information at the moment as I was in the restroom and the call was starting shortly, but I would be happy to call back after with payment information.  Her response was just “ I’ve been advised to collect this before the call starts.” She was very aggressive about collecting the payment. I have no history of not paying your company and I’m kind of surprised your staff would be so aggressive at collecting payment. There was no willingness to work with me. I was told this is the way it is. I am now waiting on hold to make the payment

Very on time, understood my reason for calling; asked appropriate questions and efficiently resolved my issue. Very pleased with this telehealth call. 👍🏼
