I was able to be seen within 15 minutes of my arrival.  The staff and DRs are top notch.   I highly recommend South County Urgent Care.

I showed up. They were gracious. The wait was short. I did find it interesting that the MD went right to drug options. However, once I asked questions, he gave me actual options that were free of cost and more about promoting healing, not just mitigating symptoms.

I only had to wait 5 min. I was seen right away. The Doctor was very knowledgeable & spent time with me. All the staff were welcoming.

Could not reach anyone by phone to definitively answer questions. Had to drive over but couldn’t ask questions until I filled out all new patient paperwork & copies of my insurance cards. After all that was done I rcvd requested test after a short wait. I still don’t know if they will try to bill me for anything. Have to wait & see. All personnel were friendly & helpful.

Woke up this morning with vertigo for the first & hopefully last time - was a horrible feeling!  Got to this office, was very quick process and very short wait for doctor.  He really helped me - highly recommend.

The online scheduling interface is ridiculous. Your office was sold a bill of goods. I tried to schedule the day before getting the misleading "we'll call you" statement. There was no phone call. So, I tried again the next day and jumped through all sorts of convolutions to finalize the request. I had to work to elevate my mood before entering the office. People are better than pattern-recognition software. The office staff were delightful and competent. Let them do their jobs.

Everything was easy and professional from the jump! Dr. Burger was very thorough and compassionate to my issue!! Everyone was so very helpful!! I had a wonderful experience and would definitely go back again!

I was well taken care of and I'm on the mend. Everything and everyone was attentive and kind.

Had to come in for a referral and Dr. Berg was very helpful and I really appreciate his help. Front office was great and everyone was very nice and helpful. Thank you !

I was able to schedule online and see where I was on the list. Check in was so easy. Doctor was great, will definitely come back.
