Update : I called this place regarding the name of the nurse and was going to ask to speak to whoever is in charge, but before I could finish the receptionist brushed me off saying she'll leave a message for the nurse and have her call me back. Now when I call it just rings and brings me to voicemail. I'm sure she blocked my number. DO NOT GO THERE. Especially if you're paying out of pocket without insurance. I'm disgusted with this place. I've been to this place twice. First time my boyfriend was ill. Front desk receptionist was kind. The nurse (blonde hair woman) called him in and i followed behind him, she almost shut the door in my face. I asked if it was okay to come sit in with him and she just muttered "I don't care". I didn't say anything because my boyfriend was sick and didn't want to cause a scene. The second time I went, just last week. I was feeling very ill all month. They did a urine test on me. The doc comes back and tells me I have a bladder infection and prescribed me strong antibiotics. I went home and took one, I felt even worse. So bad and weak that I went to the ER and they told me there's no sign of an infection or UTI and advised I stop the antibiotics. And then this passed Monday I went to a primary care facility for a check up and I explained to them everything that had happened and I would like another urine test to make sure there's no infection. And of course it came back clean. I realized at this Urgent Care that the nurse just gave me the cup to pee in with no other instructions. I was out of it, on the verge of passing out. At the ER and the primary care they hand you the wipes to wipe down there and told me to catch my urine midstream for accurate results. The nurse at this Urgent Care almost cost me my health by making this mistake. I would have been taking antibiotics i didn't need! Never going here again and I wouldn't recommend it. The doctor is nice and front desk, the nurse obviously hates her job and can't even give proper instructions for a urine test.
