Checked in to have my son’s foot examined after an accident at school, the staff had him back in no time. They were very friendly and caring as they worked to make him feel better!

My 5y/o complained of her potty burning at bedtime on Sunday night around 8:30pm. Southern Immediate Care at Stringfellow is my go to. We are cash patients with no insurance. We were back home by 10pm. They treated my baby girl very well and were so kind. This is not my first experience with them and won’t be my last. Check in is easy. The staff is always so nice and the level of care I have received every time is always top notch.

Came in with poison ivy / oak . With rash and itching. Went on line an made a opiintment . for 7:15. Checked in @ arrival and sat and waited close to 2 hour. Sonthe booking ahead was a waist of time.

I had a few physical issue's and the staff cared about what I needed and shared my opinions. We moved forward got everything I felt were my best opinions. CRNP Mitchell was the best!!! Answered all of my questions, got me information to make sure I was tracking what he shared with me. Couldn't ask for a better health worker to keep my needs and feeling were with in the medical guidelines. 💯💯💯

Very easy to schedule visit. Check-in was easy. Wait time 10 minutes. Provider listen and looked at records I brought with me and had them copied to my chart. Yes I would recommend provider.

Blood pressure was taken while sitting on a raised bed, with feet dangling from the bed. Arm was also hanging down at about waist level when blood pressure was taken. Blood pressure should be taken with feet flat on the floor, with arm near the heart level

Well I went for my swollen knee and leg didn't get any help just X-rays .and a shot .what I asked for I d didn't get .so I payed my $50 for nothing my leg is still swollen

I love coming to SICS location. Dr Joseph is great. He is always willing to listen to me and my concerns, not many doctors are willing to listen anymore. The front staff was very nice letting me come in and didn’t get an attitude because it was late when I got there I arrived 9:30 maybe 9:45 they welcomed me with a smile.  This location is the best I send people here a lot!!
