I had poison ivy blisters that were rapidly spreading.  I made my appointment at 1:25 for 1:55.  I was signed in, triaged, in a room seen by the nurse practitioner and received a steroid injection.  I was out shortly after 3:00.

Very thoughtful and caring and we love this place so much. The nurses are great

I was sick over the weekend and tried over-the-counter medicine that unfortunately did not work. I didn’t want to go to the doctor’s office because the wait is usually long at most places; however the wait time was very short. The visit went pretty quick as well. The staff were friendly and well knowledgeable in their field of work. I would recommend this facility to others.

The experience was great. I explained my concern about my health. Then the NP did what she could and sent me to the hospital. Yes I would recommend this provider.

Dr. M was great with caring for me. She told me her name I can’t remember it. I know it started with a M. Dominque Miller and the other nurse were awesome as well. The front desk clerk Gina was a lot of help. The only down side was the wait time, they need more than one doctor. But over all I always have a good experience with them. The scheduling was good. The care was excellent I’m satisfied.

I went in with back pain they didn't offer to xray just said what they think the problems is and sent me on my way they aren't very thorough

I went in for cold symptoms and there was 2 other people in the lobby. I waited a while before being called back. When I went back, my vitals were checked and I was swabbed, then put in a room. I waited in a room for over an hour before finally having to step out and ask to be seen. The doctor was in and out quickly and ordered a shot. I waited about 20 minutes for the shot and that nurse was the only one who acknowledged my wait time and apologized. I was here for 2 hours and 20 minutes! That is ridiculous. I understand being busy or short staffed, but I genuinely feel like I was forgotten about.

Only 3 people ahead of me when I arrived for my 10:30 appointment. Two left as I was being triaged. So should have left one ahead .  Two hours later I was seen.  Not sure if they didn’t put me in the correct room and forgot about me or if they need more providers. Either way I waited in a room with only one ahead of me almost 2 hours

Wait time was absolutely horrible and I would not recommend this place to anyone. When I was there for my daughter, I was going on 3 hours of waiting and im almost positive the head nurse there was just sitting in there butt eating or doing whatever instead do doing whatever they were supposed to be doing because there was PLENTY of time to come and do our assessment before others had walked in. I was fuming that I had still not been seen after almost 3 hours so I got up and walked out and went somewhere to else to be seen. Will not be wasting my time here again.
