Wonderful care! I already feel better. Made my appointment and completed paperwork online…easy. Hopefully I don’t have to, but, I will definitely go here again when needed!

Staff was extra friendly and well knowledgeable... Wait time however was extremely long. Other than that 5 Stars

Everyone at this clinic was top tier. The check in, staff, care, and helping me throughout my visit was Top Tier. I felt better even before I left. We are so happy and excited to have you all apart of the Forestdale community. I was too sick to remember names, but everyone that worked on 11/23/2024 are amazing. I would even like them to be my Primary Care Provider if that’s possible. Thank you Queens I went from 🤢😷🥴😵‍💫 to 😊😚😍🥳.

I had this bad cough for about a week along with sinus congestion.  My daughter told me not to come home until I go to the doctor.  The wait was not long, the staff was very nice and friendly.  The doctor was amazing.  All test were negative but she had heard me coughing and knew something else was my problem.  She touched my forehead and said my sinus infection because my head was so hot 🥵.  She gave me my diagnosis and prescribed the medication I needed.  I feel much better and I had a great visit.  Yes, I would recommend this provider.

I was a walk-in the Staff was wonderful. The bedside manner of the doctor also was wonderful. She took her time and explained to me my diagnosis. Everything was great! I will return. I highly recommend this Immediate Care in Forestdale.

First time visiting this location. Staff was Professional, Friendly and Sufficient. Couldn't have ask for a better group of ladies.

Definitely recommend!  Didn’t have to go to ER, where chances are pretty good you’ll pick up a bug. Got an XRay and good care from everyone there!  So glad to have them in the area!

Woke up this morning with a sore throat and headed over to what I thought was still American Family Care, only to see that it under new ownership so I had high expectations. Check in was pretty standard but wait time was awful. I went in and was checked in within 15 mins. I didn’t get pulled back until an hour later. Waited another 50 mins to be seen. I walked in at 11:30 and was on the road about 2:00. I did get treated and the staff were nice but the name is Immediate care and the care was very much delayed. I don’t think I will be going back.

Everything was great. Your nurse practitioner is the bomb!!

I was at the office approximately 45 minutes before I was taken back,another45 minutes before I saw a nurse, once she spent about 10 minutes with me I waited another 40 minutes on 2 shots and a breathing treatment. The nurse out side the room to busy with the receptionist to do her job.There was 1onther person there when I got there.
