My visit was a walk in on a Sunday morning so wait time was zero except for taking care of all the paperwork. Staff was great and my total tome there was a hour or less.

Visiting for Holidays.  Everyone was wonderful front to back!  They got me in and out and the staff couldn't have been nicer.  If I lived in town I would go here.  Thank you guys.

They were able to get me in last minute the night before Thanksgiving. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone in between was so sweet and did not rush me out! The quality of care was amazing! This will definitely be my new go-to.

The Dr Iker was very compassionate and knowledgeable concerning Al’s Parkinson and his sore ribs   Empressed he reviewed X-rays after his initial diagnosis after we left office and office called says his ribs were fractured.

Doc Jernigan has been my doctor for 7 years. Genuinely cares about my health care needs. And me as a person. I appreciate that

This was my 4th Urgent Care on this day. I had an upper respiratory infection but was very tired and didn't feel good at all. Th other Urgent Cares created issues with my insurance unnecessarily. Saying I needed a referral and I did not. Saying I needed to put my debit card on file. No I will not. Saying I had a copay. I've already met my out of pocket for the year. Im not paying a copay today. So I left all 3 clinics so frustrated. Google sent me to this Urgent Care. It was Heaen sent. No problems at all. They saw my out of pocket was met so they didn't require a co pay or debit card on file. Also they knew I didn't need a referral for my policy. The entire staff was pleasant and professional. The shot didn't even hurt. The nurse was very experienced. The Doctor had a great bedside manner. I finally got some much needed relief and sleep. I had almost lost all hope in using urgent cares until I vistid this location. I highly recommend them.

Everyone from the lady at the front desk, to the nurse who did vitals, to the nurse who took blood and Dr Jernigan were so friendly! Dr Jernigan was very knowledgeable, patient and thorough! The office was very clean! I would highly recommend Dr Jernigan and his staff!!

A very nice and welconing experience. Easy check in. Even got to text back and forth for appointment info. Friendly and inviting staff. Honest doctor. No 6 syllable words, just the truth. Being able to get blood work in house is an entire game changer. I’ve had broken bones and cancer and high blood oressure and weight issues. I’m now in the best shape of my life training for a marathon. . If you’re thinking about it then what are you waiting for?

I love the staff and Dr Jernigan is an amazing physician who truly listens, and has your best interest at heart.  He commends you for your efforts to get healthier and is truthful and kind.  He actually spends time getting to know his patients.  I’m forever grateful that he is good at what he does and treats you like a real person, not just a stat.  Love Rebecca too!

Best Dr in town without a doubt.  He is very patient, listens to your questions and concerns and explains in detail.  Excellent Doctor!
