Simple convenient check in process, I was taken back quickly, and triage was fast but thorough...the doc was caring and very professional. Everyone there made me feel like their top priority. I will definitely go back when I need medical treatment. And would recommend to others.

I had a great experience at this office. The staff was very nice, sweet, and caring from the moment I arrived. They made me feel comfortable and took the time to listen, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a positive visit and I’m grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown.

I had a bad sinus and bronchitis infection. Had been battling it for over a week with over the counter meds with no success. Booked my appointment and was in and out within 20 minutes and received all the medications I needed. Feeling much better now.

I was a walk in with a terrible earache, headache, sore throat. My wait time wasn't long at all. I received kindness, compassion and felt heard. Which, means alot. I got shots and meds for home and it was phoned in right away. I highly recommend Southern Immediate Care!!

Very pleased. The girl who drew my blood for labs was awesome! No pain..normally I am hard to get a good vein and have a bad experience with pain! Not this time! Thank you! Overall highest recommendation!

Doc pops is great but the one that was there yesterday not so pleased with her!!  Only waiting back there in a room for over 3 and half hours. Then got something called in to the drug store. That’s said you could buy it over the counter. So if I had knew that I would have went to Walmart. Would had been a lot cheaper. And much faster.

Staff were all very nice and understanding! I was looked at like a human instead of a nuisance like other places will make you feel. Everyone there seems to be happy with their place of work which is reciprocated within their patient care. Concerns were listened to and addressed promptly. I appreciate everyone at this location! Extreme professionalism was shown with genuine care and concern for others.
