Springboro Health Clinic at Educare Building

I woke up this morning feeling terrible like I have for two weeks. I called and quickly got an appointment, was in and out within a reasonable amount of time, and got the medication I needed at the facility. Excellent care and experience all the way around.

Arrived right on time and was seen immediately. Staff was friendly and professional. I felt heard as well as seen. I highly recommend this health center. Michelle was absolutely amazing at answering my questions and getting me the right care.

Needed a prescription refill and ran out of time to get into my primary care doctor before a vacation. Was in and out in under 20 minutes including check in and doctor visit. Doctor was thorough but didn't take any more time than needed. Would go back.

The wait time and scheduling was good, it was nice that I didn't have to wait and I was able to schedule quick and the staff was nice and very helpful. Before I scheduled the Dr's appointment, I was on the 3rd day of taking medication for tonsillitis and went in needing more to finish the full 10 day cycle of antibiotics. But instead, I was told by the doctor on duty that it was just allergies and to just get flonase instead. When I left the office, I called another doctor and they were able to fill the prescription that I needed the same day. Unfortunately, I felt the visit was a complete waste of my time and probably wouldn't visit unless absolutely necessary.

I went in this morning hurting and not feeling well. I had no wait at all. The lady in reception was very kind and welcoming. I was taken back and the nurse was fantastic as well. She was very knowledgeable, understanding and had a pleasant bedside manner.  I highly recommend their clinic!

I am very grateful for this clinic and the employees here. It is so helpful to have a place where I can make a same day appointment and receive quality care.
