I appreciated being able to schedule my appointment rather than using a first come first serve approach. I did not wait long at all. Each staff member was very friendly and helpful. They addressed my need thoroughly. I will definitely come back if necessary and will recommend it.

The older woman short grayish hair was rude. Poor people skills. Immediate turn off for new patients. She needs to be reminded to be KIND

Google maps brought me around the back side of the building so it was a little hard to find. But the new building was nice. And the staff was very nice.

I arrived and was told there would be at least an hour wait was that ok. Computers were down I was ok with that circumstance. After about 45 minutes an emergency patient came to the office. He was taken to an examiner room immediately. Again I was ok with that. If it were me I would like the same treatment. Once I was in an examine room and vitals were taken by the RN I waited for about a 45 minute for the Dr to come in. Both the Dr and the RN apologized that I had such a long wait. I think they were doing what an urgent care office is all about. I would go back to that office with no reservation. Wonderful care with sincere kindness

Had to stop in as I had been in St. Louis, fell down some concrete stairs and regular Tylenol and muscle relaxer were not helping my headache. I had tried to make a follow up with my physician but her opening was at 1:00 pm and we couldn’t make that time. Her nurse told me to go to an urgent care facility or ER. The scheduling system allows you to self- schedule, very easy to use and reschedule appointment, gives you directions, and tells you how long you wait time is. Mine was not long at all, no one before me.
