Scheduling was easy and staff was great thank you we had some tricky tech problems but we got though it

Staff was helpful and patient through my technical issues for my online visit (couldn't get the Solv app video visit to load on my Android device). Once I switched over to an apple device, I was quickly seen and taken care of. I just got my meds yesterday and I feel much better today!

I was unable to drive myself in for an appointment or physically go in person due to ear pain and dizziness. I am so grateful for a virtual appointment that I was able to complete from the comfort of my bed.  I was able to address all my symptoms and get a prescription which again, I am so grateful for. Thank you all!

This was my first time having a telehealth appt.  It couldn’t have gone any better!  From the receptionist, figuring out my right, to the nurse, asking me all the questions to provide to the provider, and how awesome the provider was! Everyone was so thorough and kind!  Thank you for all your staff!

The doctor was okay. The lady that checked me in was so so. Not the friendliest. The system disconnected me even though I didn’t touch my phone. I had to call the office and rejoin the call. Then I got a message that the urgent care left the call. They should probably use a different app besides Solv.

I always receive amazing care from everyone at Springfield Urgent Care. Such a wonderful and caring group of doctors and staff. Highly recommend!

The experience was great - and I got relief from a sinus infection almost immediately. By the time I got off the call my prescriptions were ready. The PA I interacted with was fantastic.

Staff is very courteous, friendly, and professional.

There was a problem with sending my insurance info over. After an hour, working together we solved it and I got the help I needed.
