The staff was very friendly, on-time, and professional.

Waited 45 minutes on the phone for a physician and no one ever got on the line for my video visit. This happened 3 times in 2 days!  Terrible service.

Just needed a prescription refill for something I've been seen. for before. They made me start a whole new appointment, resubmit all my insurance info. It was a hassle for a simple refill.

Scheduling appointments was very easy & they were right on time with the appointment.  The only negative I had was that they sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy - even after confirming the location with me.
