Booked an appointment this morning with ease and the staff was able to get me in right away for a video appointment. Had some trouble with the audio and the staff was so kind and accommodating in helping make sure I was seen and heard. Staff was helpful and patient through my technical issues for my online visit (couldn't get the Solv app video visit to load on my Android device). Once I switched over to an apple device, I was quickly seen and taken care of. I just got my meds yesterday and I feel much better today!

The doctor was okay. The lady that checked me in was so so. Not the friendliest. The system disconnected me even though I didn’t touch my phone. I had to call the office and rejoin the call. Then I got a message that the urgent care left the call. They should probably use a different app besides Solv.
