Springfield Urgent Care, Virtual Visit

This was awful. Waited an hour!  When the Dr finally arrived the call disconnected and the visit was completed.

Would much rather schedule through office staff rather than automated but once the appointment was scheduled it couldn’t have gone better. Intake person was very professional and Dr was fabulous! Highly recommended!!!!

I woke up this morning with flu-like symptoms. I scheduled a virtual visit within fifteen minutes, talked with PA Autumn and she sent a prescription to the pharmacy. This process was easy and efficient and the staff were professional and courteous.

Dr Frantz truly cares for her patients. She treats me with respect. I have seen other providers in the past that have made me feel like I was a burden for my visit.
