Everything was great. My only thing that I would recommend is that I think you should always tell people to follow up with your orthopedic surgeon. I broke my fibula down by my ankle, and the PA there said that it should heal fine within 6 wks and he recommended a boot etc. He was very nice and I liked him very much. However, because I have two knee replacements and I actually do have an orthopedic surgeon that I see, I decided to go have it looked at because I do live a really active life. When I went in they took additional X-rays and determined that it’s actually an unstable fracture with most likely torn ligaments and they will have to have surgery. I will most likely need a with most likely torn ligaments and will most likely need a plate and  screws. So I’m glad I went with my own instincts to follow up with my orthopedic guy. But if I hadn’t gone in and I just let it ride, I probably would have to have it rebroken and fixed. So I would probably tell your staff that they should tell people to get proper exam from somebody in orthopedics.  To be clear, I am not at all upset with any of the service I got at your location. I thought they were awesome. Everyone was super nice and helpful. And I almost didn’t say anything, but I decided that I should say something simply for the fact that I think it’s a good learning moment and it will make your staff better. So I’m not at all unhappy with my visit. I’d definitely come back. Thanks!

Everyone was very attentive to my needs & made it easy.

Despite having an appointment for 12:40, and arriving at 12:25, it was 1:40 before I was invited back to an Exam.Room. It’s a good thing I like the people and the service they provide, or I might be tempted to go elsewhere!  So selfishly I do recommend this place to anyone in need of Urgent Care, just please try to avoid the times when I need it!

The staff were very knowledgeable and nice. The wait time was very quick.

Woke up this morning with a cough that kept getting worse, I was able to schedule my appointment online really quick as I was walking out the door. Check in was easy as I was greeted by a friendly staff member at the front she was sweet and quick with helping me.

First time in for myself.  Staff was outstanding.  Would definitely return if needed.

I had contacted my doctor and he couldn’t get me in. I checked here and they had so many times available! I was in and out and got exactly the help I needed. The staff was very friendly and patient!

Staff was wonderful! Hate the AI person!  The tablet questions are grouped together to much. I have migraines and have for several years!  When I responded yes it ask when was my last black out! I have never blacked out! Sometimes computers are not better!!!

I was greeted promptly and treated with a level of service that helped to calm the nervousness I’ve felt in medical environments since childhood. Mike, the PA, asked me specific questions regarding my last visit. He made the exam feel like a conversation with a friend. Thank you!
