I come to urgent care to get an x Ray of my hand because they of course advertise that they do x rays and I’m given an “exam” where they take my BP and feel my hand.... then proceed to tell me they can’t do an X Ray because they don’t have tech. I ask if I still am going to be billed and they say yes??? Long story short I was not happy with the outcome of my services.

They call DCHS if your kid is not perfect looking. This has happened to my friends grandchild and mine both at separate times. Also found a number of people who had the same problem.

This place is a joke!! My adult daughter was having symptoms of COVID for over 24 hours. She and my two grand kids went there to be tested. They told her it was too early to test for COVID! WHAT??? At my job they test us once a week weather we have symptoms or not. My daughter works a full time job and goes to school part time. Why do they treat people like this? The receptionists are rude and the entire staff makes you feel worse that when you went in there. Now I know why the parking lot is empty, because people have learned that they are uncaring and unhelpful! Never again will my family go there.
