Great urgent care brought my son in, there was a wait but they efficiently moved people in and out. The front desk and back office staff were very nice. We saw the doctor quickly after being roomed and he addressed our concerns and evaluated my son. Would recommend this urgent care and will be back if any need comes up.

For those who have also had issues with this place here is the link to submit a complaint: https://www.azmd.gov/Regulation/Regulation And here is the form you will need to fill out to send it in: file:///C:/Users/JMVog/OneDrive/Desktop/201801171154_06b680b1d64947a1ae675a39b67eadd8.pdf Went here at 9 pm 3/9/24 because my 6 y.o. had a resistant fever, sore throat, and wicked cough that had persisted for a week and began vomiting along with an earache that night. The doctor didn't swab her even after I told him, my husband and I were also sick and found out that his work had COVID. He looked in her ear and said oh okay she has an ear infection and sent us home with Amoxicillin. Sunday she didn't do much better but I was at least able to get her fever down. This morning she woke up with a fever of 104 that refused to go down after taking Tylenol. I took her to the ER where they did a swab and an x-ray on her chest. The Dr here at Starlight should have done the swab to avoid ALL of this. It ultimately cost me $1200 to be told she has influenza A and to get a prescription for Tamiflu. DO NOT GO HERE. Next Care Urgent care is usually my go-to for myself but figured that Starlight would be more caring toward a child since they're a pediatric facility. NEVER AGAIN will we go here. This is 100% Negligence and will be sending a report about our visit.

I would leave no stars for the doctor if I could. He didn't treat my son. He charged us for a referral to the e.r. during an asthma attack without a treatment and then stated in his notes that we declined treatment. When I asked he said that the charge was in for the referral to the e.r. If I had to do it all again. I would have taken my child to the professionals to begin with. While they did offer to waive the $75 that I would have had to pay after insurance and my initial co-pay I would like to say that 10 minutes with observation and no treatment is hardly worth $90. To make matters worse that dr. is really hard to understand due to his accent unless he speaks thoroughly and slowly. All in all the front office (they deserve no ill review at all) and the in and out was the best part of a no good, terrible, very bad experience. They asked for a second chance. First impressions are lasting.
