Supposed to order my prescription to Walgreens pharmacy for pickup but failed to order prescription for me. Went four times to Walgreens but no prescription was received from doctors office. No follow up by staff to make sure everything was completed correctly. Very bad follow through. Would not recommend your services to anyone. Staff not trained correctly to follow procedures.

I went in for the removal of the remaining part of a tick I couldn’t get out completely. The Dr was very patient with the procedure, considering it was difficult to remove. She was very persistent in removing it. Very pleased with the service here. They’re the best urgent care in the area!

Came in for a dog bite.  Reception list was great.  Wait time totaled 2,1/2 hours.  The doctor wasn’t what I expected and was saying I needed to see my primary care doctor and have an ultrasound on my arm.  This seems excessive and goes far beyond what seemed to be needed.  Also prescribed antibiotics which I would think should be sufficient.

Needed a wound checked and rebandaged. Doctor was not friendly. Seemed bothered. Did not take the time to learn my name. Spoke to me in a condescending manner.  When I asked nurse about the next time to check and change bandage and she just said yeah I guess.  Didn’t know the answer.  Rest of staff was friendly and helpful.
