I had an appointment 11am I checked in 10min before. With a sore throat another patient checked in 10mins after me with a sore throat! The Counter is an open area so I heard ALL of his information including his health care & Rx preferences and address! He was called back 10 mins after he checked in while I was called to the back one hour after my appointment time 12noon! I felt like because he was a Kiser member and I was a CCHP (County) member he got priority. Not his health issues (which was the same as mine) Then to top that all off They mess up my labs and had to test a second time! I had no issues with the Dr Curtis # Manners yep empathy yep Caring yep Professional yep!
