Came as a walk in for a workers comp case. Waited 2 hours just for them to tell me they don’t have viles to draw my blood and have to go somewhere else to have it done. I feel as if that is something the staff should be aware of beforehand instead of wasting everyone’s time. I feel as if my visit was unproductive for everyone involved.

The entire staff was amazing! Very professional! The intske lady was very professional, knd, warm & friendly. The nurse made me feel comfortable and he understood why I was there! The doctor was very informative and listened to me with empathy. She examined my ribs and immediately had a strategy on what she was going to do so she can help me take care of my ribs! The xray tech, even though she was a student, acted very professional & I felt she knew exactly whst she was doing! The outtake nurse was so kind and gentle when she taught me how to wrap my ribs! This was my first time and I felt I was in good hands the entire time! Thank you so much!
