I scheduled my appointment before heading there hoping to grab a place in line. I checked in as soon as I arrived. There were 2 different waitlist lines for those of us who checked in before arriving and walk ins. People who walked in long after I did finished up and left before I even got called back. I waited for 2 hours before being called back. Ridiculous.

I waited in the lobby for an hour before getting called back when the estimated wait time was 20-30 minutes. The room was very dusty and didn’t look like the patient table had been cleaned. I saw two different colors of hairs on it.

Wait time was like an hour just to be seen for 10 minutes. I went in needing stitches, the PA slapped some super glue on it badly, still with my cut open, told me it was going to scar either way. She didn't Crack the detmabond so it didn't set, the wound was re opened by the time I got home. I only got seen here because I was told I was going to be able to get stitches. Which I needed.

Fell injured elbow needed it checked out. Urgent care was awesome. Took excellent care.

All was great. Good, friendly staff, very helpful. Wait time was okay they were very busy. I have been there several times and as usual I was very happy, the provider was greatly appreciated.

I admit i was in and out in 30 minutes. Yes some things are trivial and less important but to some people it matters. When i went to check in. I admit i may have been a little dramatic by crying because my hair was falling out due to said condition. To me and my culture our hair carries meaning to us. The attitudes, the looks, and, rude snarky responses such as, "oh, it is not that big a deal" (while rolling your eyes), was uncalled for. I wont be going back because i shouldn't have to feel judgement at a Doctors office. This is another reason why i wait till other medications or home remedies dont work and things have worsened to finally go get a professionals opinion. No i won't recommend this provider.

It is amazing. The staff is so friendly and it is my go to clinic when I need help.

Have an ingrown toe nail, expected someone to fix it. Only given antibiotics and advice to see a podiatrist. My question is why should I bother coming to urgent care. I  have a lot of pain and seeing a podiatrist takes weeks!

They got me in in less than 30 minutes. The medical staff were friendly, thorough, and both knowledgeable and compassionate. Thank you very much!
