What patients are saying...

When I walked into the waiting room, it was packed. I was informed that wait times would be longer than usual both when I made the appointment and when I checked in. No problem because the wait was expected. The staff was friendly and professional. The care provided by the PA and nurse was excellent. I was very pleased with the care.

Waited for 2 hours. What's the sense in making an appt? Dr and nurse were great. Will rethink next visit.

Going to Summit Urgent care was the best decision I made.  I was seen within 20 minutes as a walk in .  The staff doctors were cordial and professional and diagnosed my symptoms promptly .  It was better than going to a hospital ER for which I would have probably waited a very long time to be seen.    I would not hesitate going to Summit  UC if I had to again.

Masking should be mandated in the waiting room!! It’s insane to have a 2 hour wait and hardly anyone is masked. Like let’s come in with one sickness and leave with three more!!

Woke up sick, scheduled the first available appointment. Got there 15 mins before and waited over an hour to be seen. About 10 patients came in after I did and they were seen before me. Nurse and doctor were outstanding, very caring and explained everything very well. But the wait time was extremely long for someone that is sick and in need of medical care.
