Visit was easy to reserve . Wait time to be seen in urgent care was reasonable but went for chest ct and radiology seemingly was overwhelmed with no clear cut direction. Waited way too long to receive the pre ct scan contrast.

I appreciated that with 5 people ahead of me the wait time was much less than was thought. Nurse friendly and helpful. Yet I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a Dr. with such an insensitive, disrespectful attitude, as if my asking questions was a problem. I’ve had numerous helpful and supportive Drs at that Urgent Care before but after today I may end up going elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible experience, waited 2 hours from apt time. Once I got in room the nurse couldn’t get throat swab and gave me attitude. Left there with no medication after being told the doctor from my first visit made a mistake in my prescription 2 weeks prior, never going back and you and your loved ones shouldn’t either  If you don’t want to help others with kindness don’t become a nurse
