I was a walkin on a Sunday. Staff were professional, curteous and friendly. Had what looked to be 6 people ahead of me plus patients inside treatment rooms. I don't remember how long I waited to be called but maybe 45min. Once in exam room, medical associate, professional, friendly, asked why I came in, took my B/P, pulse and said doc would be in shortly. Doctor came in about 10-15 min later. Doctor took a detailed hx and symptoms which brought me in today. He gave me a tbourough physical exam, explaining why and what he detected fom them. Be then suggested x'rays. Sent back to waiting room and waited to be called for them. Waited maybe 15-20 min X-Ray tech called me into x-ray room. Asked me to put gown on and meet him in procedure room when done. He was professional and curteous. When tests were completed he told me to go back to waiting room and wait on doctor to read x-rays. Waited maybe 25 min and called. Doctor explained findings, gave suggestions for pain relief, exercises and possible follow up from my own physician. Total experience was excellent. I wish I could have Dr. Galinda as my private physician. I would recommed Summit Health RidgeHill location.

Front desk is always quick and efficient. Clarissa (not sure on the spelling) was very kind, considerate and patient. I'm not sure on the doctor's name, but also took the time to listen and was thorough in her responses and directions going forward.

My Mom was seeing a therapist for leg swelling and the concern was the leg felt warm and tender to touch so she was advised to go to Urgent Care. We've used this location last month when she had a similar issue and each time we didn't wait long maybe 20 -30 minutes. The doctors are great!! Anthony the tech who checked us in was helpful when I told him I needed to cancel my appointment in order to accommodate my mom's medical need. He cancelled it for me! Walked in without an appointment. After a short wait was taken to exam room were vitals were taken. Another short wait and Nurse Practitioner, Derek, arrived. He was very attentive, listened to my complaint, examined my swollen finger and sent an antibiotic prescription to my pharmacy. Definitely would recommend.

Waited a very long time when few patients were there. Doctor was meh

He thought it was really good professional woman I was hesitating to go back to this urgent care, but I’m glad I did. I got a different doctor and I feel very confident now thank you.

My daughter had abdominal pain & she was able to be seen & have an ultrasound & have the test results all in one visit. I highly recommend going there over the emergency room which would have taken hours. The nurse who drew my daughters blood was amazing!

Doctor was caring and thorough. She took the time for me to have tests run while I was in Urgent Care.
