Staff was friendly and informative. Doctor was energetic and took time to discuss options— involved me in decision making re: health issues. The only suggestions I would make is to be clearer on line re: making an appointment. Some info was misleading— ridge hill vs north Broadway site for urban care and in one search it said that west med urgent care was no longer available on weekends.

Quickly booked an appointment online in the middle of the night for a sore throat and congestion. Minimum wait time as I was one of the first appointments the nurse and doctor were very nice. The doctor was attentive and was able to prescribe antibiotics and I’m feeling much better.
