Spent four hours on hold trying to talk to somebody about my upcoming Covid vaccine and I finally got to the end of like the line and they hung up on me! What do they only have one person answering the phone and one person working there. This was on Friday, January 29. How Karen urgent care not answer the telephone in a timely manner??? Never seen such bad service
