I didn’t have an appointment but I had a very bad case of food poisoning. The staff recognized the distress I was in and took care of me right away. The front desk agent , nurses and doctor were all kind and very helpful and I left feeling better than when I walked in there

I do wholeheartedly recommend the Rye Urgent Care. Dr Peter was great; professional, kind & actually listened to me. He diagnosed me and sent an RX to my pharmacy very quickly. His Medical assistant was great too! Very friendly.

The check in person was not friendly and was pretty rude and could not speak clearly. I can tell he hates his job. The nurse was very exceptional and efficient. The patient, my husband, felt in good hands with the doctor. Overall, a good visit.

Unfortunately, I had to travel between 2 Urgent Care Centers to be seen.  I had to leave the first one (New Rochelle location) because they were so backed up that it made impossible for me to stay there.  My second stop was in the Rye Urgent Care.  As well, I had to wait more than 1 hour to be seen.   My believe is that you don’t have enough personnel to serve patients.
