I was a walk in so I had a longer wait due to people scheduled through the up. That was expected but the staff starting with ease of registration and the nurse once I was in the care office were all great, kind, respectful and all concentrated on doing their duties with great care. I found Dr. Udo to be an ultimate professional, knowledgeable, gathered all facts relating to the visit and proceeded to do her tasks with kindness and professionalism to care for my problem and alleviate my pain as well and get to the root of the problem. She did all this with much kindness, compassion and her medical knowledge. Dr Udo is a great asset to Summit health , they are lucky to have someone of this caliber on staff.

Had flu or cold, booked on line was taken in 15 after  appointment time.  They were very thorough, chest X-rays and testing fur Covid, flu and Streep. They sent my prescription and the pharmacy was closed so I called them back and they resent to another location for me. They were very fast efficient and friendly.

Good initial visit, but was given the wrong antibiotic and got really ill. Very difficult to contact anyone at the urgent care after that. No response to email thru portal, called call center and got a callback from someone on site who said they'd speak to doc and call me back but they never did. An incomplete care experience.
