Went with my wife for Covid tests, fortunately negative. When my wife told the doctor she was not feeling well, he did not examine her. Not recommending this doctor

Excellent service. Only thing I would add I could not track my place in line bc I refuse to load another app on my phone. Used to be able to login via website and track place in line that way when it was westmed. If that is still the case tou need to make that clear!

I haven’t received my result in the portal yet, at check in they didn’t register me so I had to go back to the line and get register in order for the nurse to proceed with the test.

I needed a Covid test for my job I the staff at the desk and the nurse who did my test were all professional and helpful. The doctor was just ok it wasn't really a formal office visit but I did tell him many times that I needed a note that specified how long I  needed to isolate and when I could return and that note was not provided. I messaged a request for the same over the portal and never received snything

Had a negative covid test, so they sent me home with a 102 fever, no further testing, and no care plan. I also only received an almost blank piece of paper saying I had a negative covid test, and I didn’t even get to see all my vitals. Additionally, the man in the beige scrubs was extremely abrasive, not to mention he came into my room without a mask, which made me extra uncomfortable considering I was there for a covid test. Finally, they told me I would have to pay out of pocket because my insurance isn’t open on Sundays. Given how sick I am, I didn’t really have another choice.

Made an 830 appt. Waited til 9. Kept being told I was next. 15 people went before me. Nurse said she didn’t see me as checked in the system. People have jobs to go to. You can’t run a business this way.
