I love the convenience of being able to schedule an appointment.  I was told they were backed up and there would be a long wait time.  The wait time was nothing compared to some of the urgent care and ER visits I’ve had.  Everyone was nice and professional. I would go there again.

Have an ongoing sinus infection and an ear ache. Made an appointment and was seen immediately. No waiting.

The office staff were wonderful and we got in and out. We normally have a wonderful experience when we come here, but the NP Ledbetter should work on her beside manner.

I came in for a possible ear infection, when I got to see the doctor came in, asked a few questions from cart, and check my ears, nose, throat and lymph nodes. The doctor did confirm that my right ear does have an infection and said he prescribed an antibiotics. The doctor said I could go, I asked is there anything else, he replied "no". I collected my items and checked with front desk if there was anything else, they said no, too. They never offered any additional information or if I should come back for ear wax removal or anything. This has made me feel I was give a prescription and tossed out. I am hoping my ear infection isn't serious but I have no frame of reference or what to do next after I have finished the antibiotics. Also, my appointment in the app shows canceled, but I never did cancel it. At this current time I wouldn't recommend this provider.

Linda and the NP in training are super kind and knowledgeable! Office staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, would highly recommend !

My son woke up with an ear infection at 4 am. Was able to book an appointment at 8 am. Was in and out within 30 minutes

My first time there was for urgent care Staff was friendly The office was clean I witnessed room being sanitized after patient exit The doctor listened and explained his diagnosis and treatment plan The only issue I had was that upon arrival I was told doctor could only see me for one thing Visit ended up well as he examined and gave treatment for what I needed I will definitely use this as my urgent care if needed again I will recommend to family and friends

Everyone was so friendly and understanding, but the doctor that I saw, she was so sweet and kind and just having her be there with her energy calmed me down and she was willing to go out of her way to give me Peace of mind.
