Everyone was nice :D especially the doctors/nurses. Waiting room was clean and so was the actual room. Only thing is, I believe my prescription was never sent out to the pharmacy so I had to wait a looong time. And recall the office.

I would certainly recommend Sunny Hills Urgent Care. It was my first time visiting, but everything from scheduling, check-in to the rest of staff was great. Especially Yeunsook Kim, NP was super-helpful and professional. She provided practical advice for managing my symptoms and took the time to clearly explain her diagnosis, which I deeply appreciated.

The doctor and assistant with the tattoo on her arm didn’t issue my pharmacy the prescription I needed for cough and chest pain. I called the next morning and the female answering the phone filed and sent it to my pharmacy. Now I have to wait a full day to get my antibiotics while my cough and chest pain worsened.
