Scheduling my appointment was very easy. Checking in it's easier. The staff there are wonderful the guy I talked to was the one I was there last time really cool and understanding. The woman that took care of me was very cool very helpful and understood what was going on. I really liked her. I never used to be one for urgent cares in the past I would just go to the emergency room but I will continue to go back to the urgent Care when I have issues because they're very professional and very down to earth.

Overall it was fine however, when I walked in I was notified that the wait was an hour and 45 minutes. When I said I had an appointment, she replied with it’s the same wait time. Then, why schedule an appointment?! She was not too helpful.

When I was helped by the provider and he was talking directly to me he was talking over me saying “okay okay okay” and not really listening to me. I felt that was unprofessional and rude. How is he supposed to understand how I was feeling if he didn’t listen? I’ve met 5 year olds who are better active listeners.
