Everyone was nice, but I was frustrated that my concerns about strep were not listened to. Having had strep before, I would have appreciated at least a rapid test to rule it out. I felt like I wasted my money by going here and walked out with no resolution. I will likely find a different urgent care in the future.

I was able to get in relatively quickly and the staff was very accommodating. The doctor was also great. I would recommend.

Staff was polite. My concerns were addressed. The facility was clean. I personally do not care for the self check in. When i arrived there was an individual at the desk checking in. I waited behind that individual. Two additional people walked in and as the 3rd person walked in the desk person directed us to the self check in on the opposite side of the room. Person #3 was closest and waisted no time rushing over to the self check in with person #2 right behind her leaving myself who should have been next behind two people who walked in after me. It is a touch screen check in with no screen cleanser. Not the greatest option for a medical facility that people come to due to illness.

I didn't necessarily care for the check-in process, especially when you're not feeling well and no one really offered to assist you with it. Otherwise the staff was friendly. The doctors were very nice and caring and quick overall my experience was great. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

Staff was great helping me getting registered at check in. Medical personnel very professional, friendly, and caring. Answered all questions I had. Helped finding a pharmacy on a Sunday evening I could get my Rx's filled. I would highly recommend them.

They relied on me to have a diagnosis for myself then was given meds that they *hoped* would work. Doctor did not seem reliable.

The check in process is ridiculous..Feeling sick and trying to get care..but all you get is additional stress to fill out all the paperwork and if you don't have cash or a credit card you'll not be seen by a doctor ..They're not willing to work with your insurance according to the lady at the desk. She dont make the rules either you pay or not be seen..

Do not go to this urgent care they didn’t test me for Influenza and I had an inner ear infection and missed that . They didn’t even take my temp . This caused me additional 3 days of being sick . Still fighting it .

Was experiencing a stye that was getting worse. Even though there was many in the lobby, the staff was great with notifying us of how busy it was and that they were diligently working as quickly as possible.  The front desk lady has the highest customer service standards ever!!

Went to urgent care due to a respiratory issue. The entire staff from front desk, nurse and CNP were amazing! Made my experience welcoming even though it was for an illness. Thanked every one for their sweet spirit. Highly recommend this location.
